This is one of my students called John who loves Practicing Yoga so much he told me he used to abandon his school homework that resulted to punishment and liked playing football a lot all of his time , once he joined Yoga he has created a balance of the two good things he likes to do he finishes his homework prepares school uniform and then heads to the field ready to play football creating him a ground of obedience and respecting his teachers. I told him how education is an important stepping stone to his success in life, as usual my Yoga classes I create time for sharing as many youths who come to yoga have breakdowns facing them, lack of food, place to sleep or gangs violence, I invite them to the greatness by supporting the class with life themes of observing yourself from in deep your heart notice what lucking then Listening to your self your heart and finally giving your self tools to accomplish your breakthrough, by creating their new way of being and working hard they become free, joyful and happy when they go back home they share love on and off the mat. its impresses my to see smiling faces of my community leaving behind the past and into the Now.

When most people think of backbends images of a contortionist with their head resting on their buttocks is what usually comes to mind. Bending backward looks like a fairly daunting task, a painful one and perhaps not a lot of fun. Even yoga students who have been practicing for many years have gotten stumped in developing their backbends. While it is true that backbends stir emotions such as fear and anger it is a misconception to see at best too difficult and at worst not for you.
As Get on my mat the past Persist to control my present moment it has helped This is exactly what backbends offer: a deep exploration of our deeper selves and a new way to move the spine and alter our attitudes. Physically backbends open the hips, strengthen and stretch the legs as well as the lower back muscles. Other benefits include increasing the flow of blood, massaging the vital organs and glands as well as loosening the joints. Yoga Master B.K.S. Iyengar also recommended backbends for curing depression and as a holistic alternative for heart patients and in particular people with ischemia. Backbends boost energy levels, relieve tensions stored in the muscles and release natural pain-killers.
Having practiced backbends for many years now I understand the images and the idea of it seem pretty far out. However, I also believe that the bud or the flower of yoga appears very differently from one practitioner to the next. In other words, it is not about looking like this picture or forcing your body into a tight position that feels totally uncomfortable. Sometimes we have to work through pains and problems as well as work with our limitations. But a cobra with the feet near or far from the head is never a sign of a trained or untrained mind. If a garden is like the mind then it needs weeding, watering and the soil turned over from time to time. Namaste enjoy your practice on and off the mat.

My Names are Brian Mukabi I am yoga teacher and My practice is so important to me a powerful Baptiste Yoga Teacher is always a powerful Baptiste Yoga Student.
This my place of birth Kangemi I took some photos to share my community to whats coming up for them Yoga has created a new of being for myself and community i have power and acceptance.
Kindly donate and share my page it be so of help yoga has created a new of freedom from the past and am focused on the present moment. Yoga practice has made me peaceful I embody power and truthfulness in my practice on and off the mat leading to a shift from Complain to Action From Denial to Ownership from Fantasy into reality thanks so much you will be blessed  Ultimately, yoga is about creating space: space within your spine; space within those secret pockets of tightness; space between your muscle fibers, bones, and joints; space between your doubts and beliefs; space between your emotions and reactions; and most important, space between your ears. Thanks God Almighty for my BiProjext. Everytime I successfully navigate a roadblock, I edge closer to becoming all what God created me to be a WONDER! fulfilment of many began at the dreamers lowest moments thus physical disability, financial constrains, betrayal and emotional wounds are the rule of life in Africa for me an African. Its when ordinary people rise above the expectations and seize the opportunity that milestones are truly reached. To be awakened is to become conscious of the magnificent universe within me. I commit to silence the outer world and let my divine inner world go loud. Magnify who truly I am. THE PERSON IN THE IMAGE OF GOD One looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, who graced that day with gratitude to those who touched our hearts. The Yoga curriculum is so much necessary for peace of mind,As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.
What I got from my practice on my mat is to Make it a habit to tell people thank you. To express my appreciation, sincerely and without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around me, and I'll soon find many others around me. Truly appreciate life, and you'll find that you have more of it Namaste.“Whatever happens in my life, no matter how troubling things might seem, I will not enter the neighborhood of despair, hate and greed. Even after all doors of devil cults where closed due to my strong believe to my Almighty God, God opened up a new path for me . Am thankful!
Finally There's no regret. You can't regret. I mean, I've felt regret but I've also refused to allow regret to sow a seed and live in me because I don't believe it. You feel it, it's like guilt, it's like jealousy, it's like all those horrible things. You've just got to snip them and get them out, because they're no good.I would rather drudge out my life on a cotton plantation, till the grave opened to give me rest, than to live with an unprincipled master and a jealous mistress.I Commit to Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy. No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money."He who oppresses the poor to increase his wealth and he who gives gifts to the rich--both come to poverty
